Peach has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. What little it does collect exists so a score can appear on your Lock Screen, and nothing else.
What is collected
Live Activity push tokens. When you allow Live Activities, iOS issues tokens that identify where to deliver an update. The app sends them to its own server so it can start a Live Activity when a game begins and keep the score current while it plays.
These identify a device, not a person. There are no accounts, so there is nothing to link them to. They are never used for tracking or advertising, and they are never shared or sold.
Your team, but only if you ask for it. If you turn on “Only my team’s games”, the app sends which team you picked along with the push token, so the server knows which games should raise a Live Activity on your phone.
This is the only reason it is sent. Leave that setting off — it is off by default — and your team never leaves the device. Turn it off again and the app tells the server to forget it.
What is not collected
- No name, email address, or account of any kind.
- No location, contacts, photos, or health data.
- No analytics, crash reporting, or advertising identifiers.
- No tracking across other apps or websites.
What stays on your phone
Whether you have seen the introduction, and your favourite team unless you have turned on “Only my team’s games” as described above.
How long tokens are kept
A push token is deleted once Apple reports it is no longer valid, and any token unused for 60 days is removed automatically. Deleting the app ends delivery; the token expires and is cleared on that schedule. A stored team preference is part of that same record and goes with it.
Where the scores come from
Game data is read from the league's public statistics feed by the Peach server. The app talks only to the Peach server, and nothing about you is sent to the league or anyone else.
Children
Peach is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
